Make it Monday Challenge PTI

I thought this was going to be so difficult.  I actually did the last 3 challenges and didn't enter them because they did not look like they did in my head.  I finally got the daffodil set and was pleased as punch.  I used the CTHM misters and CTMH buttercup reinker.  It worked great.  I love how I can create my own paper.  I have actually had CTMH Create a Shade Pearl for 2 years it seams.  I have never used it before today.  I took the doily die and cut the center strip out of it to make it a little smaller.  I hope you like it.  I am going to give it to my friend who just finished nursing school, 2 weeks before she is going to have a baby.  She has really accomplished a lot.  Way to go Polly.

Make it Monday Challenge

I think this is a contest I could enter.  I tried to create a card the other day for the embrodery challenge.  The idea in my head did not work on paper.  Bummer.  I saw the challenge while my daughter brought me the book Guess How Much I Love You, by Sam McBratney.  I looked at all the tree pictures and thought I would give it a try.

I drew the stump and colored it in with Sponge Daubers.  I was surprised how detailed I could get it.  The stamp is from the latest release, (I just got it today!)  Think big Favorites #2.

I also did another one with the same techneque of the sky and grass.
